§ 7-113. Enforcement and Penalties.
   Each violation of this Chapter shall constitute a "Class III" offense, and any applicant who violates this Chapter shall be subject to a fine as set forth in subsection 1-109(3). In addition, the City shall have the right to all remedies provided by law or in equity.
