SECTION 1205 STATIONARY FUEL CELL POWER SYSTEMS
Delete Section 1205.2 and replace as follows:
F-1205.2 Permits. Permits shall be obtained for the installation of stationary fuel cell power systems in accordance with the Philadelphia Administrative Code.
