A-904.2 Operational permit: The fee for an Operational Permit shall be based on the operations listed in Section F-105.6 of the Fire Code as follows:
1. Cutting, welding and other open burning (not licensed pursuant to A-904.4). . . . . $75 per property
2. Temporary membrane structures, tents and canopies (to include any required Lawful Occupancy Signs). . . . . $100 per tent
3. Use of explosives . . . . . $150 per event
4. Sale of fireworks . . . . . $150 per property

b. Annual license fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250).
2. Fire Alarm Systems Inspector.
a. Non-refundable application fee of one hundred dollars ($100).
b. Annual license fee of two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225).
3. Welding or Cutting Operations.
a. Non-refundable application fee of one hundred dollars ($100).
b. Annual license fee of one hundred dollars ($100).
4. Wrecking and salvage yards, tire storage facilities, junk yards and waste material handling facilities.

b. Annual license fee of three hundred dollars ($300).
5. Repair garages and motor fuel dispensing facilities.
