§ 2-104. Board of Inspectors of the Philadelphia County Prison.
   (1)   The Board of Inspectors of the Philadelphia County Prison is abolished.
   (2)   All powers and duties previously exercised and performed by the Board of Inspectors of the Philadelphia County Prison are transferred to the Board of Trustees of Philadelphia Prisons.
