§ 5-202. Additional Patrol Officers Upon Private Request.  130.2
   The Police Commissioner may appoint, and cause to be sworn in, any number of additional patrol officers to do duty at any place in the City designated by, and at the charge and expense of, the person who may ask for such appointment, but no such appointment shall be made for service at any place where there exists a labor dispute or strike. Such patrol officers shall be subject to and obey the orders and rules of the Police Department and conform to its general discipline.

   Purposes:   Most of this section continues existing law. The new language prohibiting appointment for service at any place where there exists a labor dispute or strike reflects past practices.
