§ 3-913. Board of License and Inspection Review. 82.2
   The Board of License and Inspection Review shall be composed of not less than three members, and not more than nine. The Board Chair may designate any three or more members of the Board to hear and decide any case.

   Purposes:   The number of members constituting the Board of License and Inspection Review is left flexible so that the membership may be increased as the volume of the Board's cases grows.
