§ 51.03 METER DAMAGE.
   Damage to an existing meter (housed inside of the premises), due to freeze or neglect, will be repaired or replaced at the property owner’s expense. Any damage to the owner’s premises due to a water leak inside of the premises will be the property owner’s responsibility and not the responsibility of the village.
