§ 51.48 DEMOLITION.
   In the case of demolition on any properties within the village, the properties shall be searched for abandoned wells by village inspectors when they feel it is pertinent to do so. All demolition shall be removed from village limits unless deemed safe for on-site disposal, by Village Council and Department of Public Health.
