A. Design: The Corporate Seal of the City shall be circular in form with inner and outer circles of rope design. The outer circle shall be one and three-fourths inches (13/4") in diameter and the inner circle shall be one and one-fourth inches (11/4") in diameter. It shall bear upon the upper portion of space between the two (2) circles the words "City of Parma" in Gothic style type, and upon the lower portion of the space between the two (2) circles the words "Canyon County, Idaho", in Gothic style type. Upon the space within the inner circle and on the upper portion thereof shall be the word "Incorporated" in Gothic style type, and upon the lower portion of the space within the inner circle shall be the words "March 11, 1957", in Gothic style type. Upon and across the center of the space within the inner circle shall be the word "Seal" in Roman style type. (1959 Code §1-401; amd. 1990 Code)
B. Adoption Of Seal: The seal described in subsection A of this section is hereby adopted as the Corporate Seal of the City. (1959 Code §1-402)
C. Custodian Of Seal: The City Clerk 1 shall be the custodian of the Corporate Seal of the City and shall affix said seal imprint upon all official City documents, records, licenses and warrants. (1959 Code §1-403)

Pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code section 50-213 and Idaho Code section 60-106 the "Idaho Press-Tribune" is hereby appointed, designated, and constituted the official newspaper of the City and such writings as are required by law to be given publication in a newspaper shall be published therein. The Parma branch of U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and Office of State Treasurer, are hereby designated as the official depositories of City funds. The City Treasurer is hereby ordered, required and directed to keep monies belonging to, or in the care of, the City coming into his hands and into the hands of the City in the above named depositories.
