A. Any request for public hearing for any hearing not otherwise provided for in this Code for any reason other than in response to City of Parma, Council decision or preliminary order shall be required to pay a filing fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) and any additional costs to mail any required notices, said fees to be paid at time of filing of written request for hearing.
B. No hearing shall be scheduled and no request or petition shall be valid until said fee is so paid. (Ord. 451, 6-13-1994)
