1-8-2: OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER:

Pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code section 50-213 and Idaho Code section 60-106 the "Idaho Press-Tribune" is hereby appointed, designated, and constituted the official newspaper of the City and such writings as are required by law to be given publication in a newspaper shall be published therein.
