   EDITOR'S NOTE: This chapter, previously codified as Chapter 1522 in Part Fifteen - the Building Code, was re-enacted by Ordinance 389-94, passed May 6, 1996, as Chapter 1722 of Part Seventeen - the Property Maintenance Code. The publisher renumbered Chapter 1722 as Chapter 1721 to preserve the numbering scheme of Part Seventeen of these Codified Ordinances.
