§ 111.51 ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION; LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for a business or club not having a license providing for consumption on the premises where sold, to offer for sale or sell any alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises or to permit any alcoholic liquor to be consumed on the premises.
