§ 97.023  CURFEW.
   No person shall be in a city park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., with the following exceptions:
   (A)   Individuals or groups who desire or engage in fishing in any park located on Twin Lakes may do so, provided they use only such portions of the park as are reasonably necessary for fishing purposes and they are actually engaged in fishing.
   (B)   Such other times for special events for individuals or groups which might be approved by the Paris Park Board, including, but not limited to events which might occur on Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day. Upon the Park Board approving any such special event which would extend beyond the curfew established herein, the Park Board shall notify the Police Department of the issuance of the permit.
   (C)   Police, fire or any other persons authorized by the city in writing to be in the park after curfew.
   (D)   The curfew does not apply to those residents of the city who live in a park or who live adjacent to a park and require the use of a park drive to get to their home, nor does it apply to the guests of those residents.
   (E)   It shall be illegal to park in a city park after curfew.
