§ 71.031 PROHIBITED U-TURNS.
   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to make a “U” turn at any place where turns of this type are prohibited by ordinance.

RIGHT-OF-WAY
§ 71.045 STOP AT THROUGH STREET.
   The streets and parts of streets of the city designated by ordinance as through streets are hereby declared to be through streets. It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle into a through street without first bringing that vehicle to a full stop within 10 feet of the street line, unless a go signal is first given by a traffic light or traffic officer.

§ 71.046 POSTING SIGNS.
   The Chief of Police shall post or cause to be posted suitable signs for all through streets, 1-way streets or alleys, and stop intersections.

§ 71.047 IDENTIFICATION OF FUNERAL PROCESSION.
   A funeral procession composed of vehicles shall be identified as such by the display upon the outside of each vehicle of a pennant or other identifying insignia and by having the lights of each vehicle lighted.

§ 71.048 DRIVING IN FUNERAL PROCESSION.
   Each driver in a funeral or other procession shall drive as near to the right-hand edge of the roadway as practicable and shall follow the vehicle ahead as close as is practicable and safe.
