§ 71.045 STOP AT THROUGH STREET.
   The streets and parts of streets of the city designated by ordinance as through streets are hereby declared to be through streets. It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle into a through street without first bringing that vehicle to a full stop within 10 feet of the street line, unless a go signal is first given by a traffic light or traffic officer.

§ 71.046 POSTING SIGNS.
   The Chief of Police shall post or cause to be posted suitable signs for all through streets, 1-way streets or alleys, and stop intersections.

§ 71.047 IDENTIFICATION OF FUNERAL PROCESSION.
   A funeral procession composed of vehicles shall be identified as such by the display upon the outside of each vehicle of a pennant or other identifying insignia and by having the lights of each vehicle lighted.

§ 71.048 DRIVING IN FUNERAL PROCESSION.
   Each driver in a funeral or other procession shall drive as near to the right-hand edge of the roadway as practicable and shall follow the vehicle ahead as close as is practicable and safe.

PROHIBITIONS
§ 71.060 VEHICLES OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC.
   No vehicle shall be operated or allowed to remain upon the street in such a manner as to form an unreasonable obstruction to the traffic thereon or in such a manner as to obstruct the view of traffic.

§ 71.061 TRUCK ROUTES.
   The streets as set forth in Chapter 74, Sch. I of this code shall be designated as truck routes, and trucks shall be allowed on those streets and alleys. All other streets in the city shall have a 5-ton weight limit, and trucks over 5 tons shall be prohibited from using the streets except in accordance with the terms of this section, and provided that all service trucks, including trash, utility, and others, shall be exempt.

§ 71.062 UNATTENDED DRAFT ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful to leave any horse or other draft animal unattended in any street without having the animal securely fastened.
