2.10.120   Exemptions.
   The cable coordinator may temporarily exempt any franchisee from its obligations under Sections 2.10.080, 2.10.090, 2.10.100, and 2.10.110 if the city manager determines that the requirement would be unduly burdensome or unnecessary, and that the city and subscriber interests may be adequately protected in some other manner.
