   The following fees for special, non-property related solid waste services provided by the city are established and effective during the dates indicated, as follows:
   (A)   Tipping fees for industrial service per ton of weighed material and security and contamination prevention fee.

      (1)   Tipping fees for the above categories of waste shall be charged on a pro rata basis to be determined by the weight of the waste type beginning at one half ton and up.
         (a)   All waste disposed of pursuant to this subparagraph is designated as an industrial service due to the tonnage weight of waste being disposed of at the Del Norte Facility.
         (b)   The walking floor transfer trailer tip fee is limited to industrial customers receiving direct haul service to the Simi Landfill from the customer’s property.
         (c)   The security and contamination prevention fee is charged to all customers per container/bin per month. This fee is not applicable to residential and mobile home customers.
      (2)   Minimum gate fee. There shall be a minimum tipping fee for all waste types weighing under one half ton and those fees are as follows:

      (2)   Commercial container cleaning. Upon request of customer, the city will steam clean commercial containers of two- and four-cubic yard sizes, and commercial compactors. The city will pick up the container or compactor, transport to the city yard for steam cleaning, and return the container or compactor to the customer’s location. The fees are as follows:

      (3)   Commercial and industrial castor replacement. Customers may request replacement for a damaged castor or the city may replace the damaged castor without request by the customer if the damaged castor prevents the city from carrying out the associated solid waste service. The replacement castor fee is as follows:

      (4)   Commercial container security locking device. At the customer’s request, the city will provide a security locking device for two- and four-cubic yard containers. The fee shall be $60.00 for each locking device per container and includes the device and installation.
      (5)   Change of service level. A fee of $5.00 shall be charged to the customer for each request to change their level of solid waste service.
      (6)   Residential or commercial tire disposal pick up service.
