(A) Each sanitary sewer line and appurtenance shall conform to the existing sewer lines and appurtenances; except, however, that if a sewer line is constructed or laid within a street or road, the subdivider shall construct a sewer service line not less than four inches in diameter from the main sewer line to the property line of each and every lot within each subdivided area.
(B) Each sanitary sewer line, appurtenance and service connection shall be constructed or laid to the grade established by the city engineer and shall be of the size and design designated by the city engineer.
