1309.01 MEANING OF WORDS AND PHRASES.
   For the purposes of the Subdivision Ordinance, the following words and terms shall be defined as follows in this chapter.

1309.02 ALLEY.
   "Alley" means a right-of-way, not exceeding thirty (30) feet in width, which affords secondary vehicular access to abutting property.

1309.03 BLOCK.
   "Block" means an area comprising the lots having frontage on that part of one side of a street which is between two intersecting streets.
