1309.32 SUBDIVISION, MAJOR.

"Major subdivision" means a subdivision of land involving the opening, widening, or extension of a street; or a subdivision of land involving the creation of more than five (5) lots from the original lot or lots; or a subdivision of land which has the potential to be divided into more than five (5) lots.
