CHARTER OF THE CITY OF OBERLIN, OHIO

PREAMBLE

   We, the people of the City of Oberlin, in the County of Lorain, and the State of Ohio, to secure the benefits of local self- government under the Constitution of the State of Ohio, do adopt this Charter.
