1309.13 DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY SERVICES.
   "Director of Community Services" means the Director of the Department of Community Services of the City of Oberlin or such other person as the City Manager shall authorize to carry out the responsibilities and authorities assigned to the Director of Community Services by this Subdivision Ordinance.
