1309.33 SUBDIVISION, MINOR.

"Minor subdivision" means a subdivision of land which: involves land having frontage on an existing street; does not involve the opening, widening, or extension of a street; and involves land from which no more than five (5) lots, conforming with the ordinances of the City, can be created.
