§ 30.003 CHAIRPERSON’S RESPONSIBILITY.

   The Chairperson of the Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corporation and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corporation are hereby authorized and directed to:

   (A)   Execute the plan and trust, as incorporated herein, such execution to constitute conclusive evidence of the approval of the plan and trust; and

   (B)   Take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to further carry out the purposes of the plan and trust, including, but not limited to, adopting such amendments to the plan and trust as are deemed advisable.
