If so specified by a written procedure adopted by the Plan Administrator, upon his or her separation-from-service, the participant shall receive an involuntary distribution if, as of any valuation date after the date of his or her separation-from-service, his or her account is less than the amount described in the Plan Administrator’s procedure.
