§ 30.021 EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT.
   The plan is established for the exclusive benefit of participants and their beneficiaries. Except as provided by § 30.022, all assets and income of the plan shall be held for the exclusive benefit of the plan’s participants and their beneficiaries
