A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to imposing a fee for the issuance of tax clearance certificates by the commissioner of finance
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

§ 3. This local law shall take effect immediately and shall apply to tax clearance certificates issued on or after July first, nineteen hundred and eighty-seven.
