For the purpose of this Code, the City of Newark is divided into categories of zoning districts. The zoning districts are listed in Section 1238.02. The various districts are illustrated on the zoning map, which is considered to be a part of this Zoning Code and subject to amendments pursuant to Chapter 1244.
