EDITOR'S NOTE: This chapter was previously titled "Board of Zoning Appeals," reflecting the name of such Board as set forth in Article 61 of Ordinance 71-68, passed October 18, 1971 - the Zoning Code of the City. The title was changed to reflect the change in the name of this Board in the City Charter adopted by the voters on November 4, 1997. References throughout these Codified Ordinances to the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be deemed to mean the Board of Zoning Adjustment.
