§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person violating § 91.001 shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.

      (2)   If the party so notified does not remove the same within 30 days from the date of such notice, they shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99 and shall pay a penalty of $2 per day for each day such fence is permitted to stand after the time specified in such notice has expired.

   (C)   Any person or persons violating the provisions of § 91.002 shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 91.003 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

   (E)   Pursuant to § 91.041, if such article or thing is removed within 24 hours after notice to the owner thereof to remove the same, or, if the owner cannot be found for the purpose of such notice, to cause the same to be removed to some suitable place to be designated by the Mayor, the owner of any such article so removed shall forfeit a penalty of not less than $2 nor more than $5 in addition to the costs of such removal.

   (F)   Any person violating § 91.044 shall, upon conviction, be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.

   (G)   Any person violating § 91.046 shall, upon conviction, be punishable under the provisions of § 10.99.

   (H)   (1)   Any violation of § 91.048(A) shall subject the offender to a penalty as set forth in § 10.99 for each and every day such violation shall continue, after notice from the Chief of Police to remove the same.

      (2)   Any violation of § 91.048(C) shall subject the offender to a penalty as set forth in § 10.99 for each and every day such violation shall continue, after notice from the Chief of Police.

   (I)   Any person or persons who shall obstruct, aid, or abet any person or persons in obstructing the Mayor in the discharge of his or her duties as prescribed in § 91.052 shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.

   (J)   Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of §§ 91.070 through 91.074, shall, upon conviction be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
