§ 91.048 EXTENSIONS ON SIDEWALK; PORCHES, SIGNS, AND CELLAR DOORS.
   (A)   Porch extending into sidewalk more than three feet prohibition; notice; violation. No porch, stoop, steps, stairs, railing, platform, bay, or other window, erected, or to be erected, within the city shall be allowed to extend into or upon the sidewalk more than three feet.

   (B)   Signs projecting over sidewalk prohibited. No signs shall project from any store or other building into or over any sidewalk or street, unless elevated at least eight feet above the same, under a penalty as set forth in § 10.99 for each offense to any person violating any provisions of this section.

   (C)   Cellar door extending onto sidewalk prohibited; notice; violation. It is unlawful for any person or persons to construct or continue any cellar door or cellar opening, so the same will extend onto or in any sidewalk within the city.
