9-8-10: PENALTIES:

Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined at least twenty five dollars ($25.00), but not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Any person convicted more than one time for violating this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each subsequent violation.
