§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 92.01 to 92.07 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a summary offense and shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 plus costs of prosecution or be committed to the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days. Each day that a violation is committed shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who or which violator shall fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 92.35 to 92.38 shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of $50 and costs of prosecution; provided each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense and notice to the offender shall not be necessary in order to constitute an offense.
   (D)   Violators of the provisions of §§ 92.50 to 92.55 shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not more than $300, together with costs for each violation thereof, as other fines and penalties by law are recoverable, to be paid to the township’s General Fund; and in default of payment thereof, may be committed to jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
