§ 92.35 HEIGHT LIMITATION.
   No person, firm, or corporation owning any property in any residential area and the township shall permit any grass, weeds, or any vegetation whatsoever not edible or planted for some use or ornamental purpose, to grow or remain on such premises so as to exceed the height of 12 inches. Any grass, weeds, or other vegetation growing upon any premises in the residential area of the township and in violation of any provision of this section is declared to be a public nuisance.
