§ 92.38 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   The Township Supervisors, or any officer or employee of the township designated by the Supervisors for the purpose, is hereby authorized to give notice either by personal service or by ordinary mail to the owner of any premises whereon grass, weeds, or any other vegetation is growing or remaining in violation of the provisions of § 92.35, directing and requiring such owner to remove, trim, or cut such grass, weeds, or other vegetation, so as to conform to the requirements of this subchapter within ten days after issuance of such notice. In case any person, firm, or corporation shall neglect, fail, or refuse to comply with such notice, within the period of time stated therein, the Township Supervisors may arrange for the removal, trimming, or cutting of such grass, weeds, or vegetation, and the cost thereof, together with any additional penalty authorized by this subchapter, may be collected by the township from such person, firm, or corporation as provided by the Second Class Township Code of the state.
