Upon failure of the owner or owners to correct the hazard or to remove the structure from the premises at the end of the appeal period after notice or after Board decision, the township may cause the removal of the structure from the premises at the expense of the landowner, costs thereof to be collectible in addition to the penalties of § 92.99(D), by suit in assumpsit or municipal claim. Additionally, the township may institute proceedings in the courts of equity to correct the hazard or cause removal of the structure.
