§ 92.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. Any person designated by the Board of Supervisors of Monroe Township to enforce and administer this subchapter.
   JUNKED MOTOR VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle, left in the open, which is not in running condition or fit for operation under the provisions of the state’s Vehicle Code. Included in this definition is any motor vehicle which is without a currently valid license plate and current inspection and is either in a rusted, wrecked, discharged, dismantled, partly dismantled, inoperative, or abandoned condition.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. Any vehicle which is self-propelled or was originally designed or built to be self-propelled, whether or not at the time in question it is or was capable of self-propulsion, including automobiles, trucks, buses, motor homes, motorized campers, motorcycles, motor scooters, tractors, snowmobiles, dune buggies and other off-the-road vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers, and/or recreational vehicles pulled thereby.
   MOTOR VEHICLE ACCESSORIES. Any part or parts of any motor vehicle.
   PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, or other legal entity.
   PRIVATE PROPERTY. Any real property not owned by the federal government, state, county, school district, or other political subdivisions.
   PUBLIC NUISANCE. The unsheltered storage of a junked motor vehicle as otherwise defined in this subchapter which constitutes a hazard or threat or potential threat to the health, safety, or welfare of the township’s citizens.
   STORE. To park, place, or stand in one place or area continuously.
   UNSHELTERED STORAGE. Any storage except storage inside a building or in an area completely surrounded by a solid fence of a height sufficient to hide the junked motor vehicle or motor vehicle accessories being stored from the view of neighbors or those passing by.
   VEHICLE CODE. The Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 75 Pa.C.S. §§ 101 et seq.
