8-4-18: MOPEDS:
   (A)   Sections 8-4-1 through 8-4-12, 8-4-15 and 8-4-16 of this chapter shall be applicable to mopeds as well as bicycles, rollerblades and skateboards.
   (B)   Other operation of mopeds by licensed drivers shall be deemed to be unlawful within the city if they violate the sections or chapters of any part of the Illinois vehicle code. (Ord. 443, 8-19-1996)
