(A) No person may use or operate a scooter, motorized bicycle, or any motorized vehicle, upon a city sidewalk in the business district (see subsection 8-4-19(C) of this chapter).
(B) Whenever any person is riding a bicycle, using rollerblades, skateboard or other vehicle(s) upon a sidewalk, such person shall yield the right of way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signal before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or drive any motorized bicycle, motorized vehicle, golf carts, or ride any animal or cause the same to be ridden or driven upon any sidewalk in the city. This section does not apply to persons operating a golf cart, garden tractor or other similar vehicle on the east sidewalk of Dixie Highway from East Ohio Street to East River Street, or any sidewalk associated with a driveway.
