(A) No person shall be permitted to use rollerblades or operate skateboards on the streets designated by the city as the business district.
(B) No person shall use rollerblades or operate skateboards on any street located in the city during the period between one- half (1/2) hour before dusk and one-half (1/2) hour after dawn.
(C) The streets designated by the city as the business district shall be as follows:
100 block of W. River Street
100 and 200 blocks of E. River Street
100 block of W. Washington Street
100 and 200 blocks of E. Washington Street
100 block of E. Second Street
100 block of W. Second Street
Dixie Highway (River Street to Second Street)
Locust Street (River Street to Second Street)
