Whenever in this chapter the following terms are used, they shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:
INTERSECTION: The area embraced within the prolongation of the property lines of two (2) or more streets which join at an angle, whether or not such streets cross.
PROPERTY LINE: The line marking the boundary between any street and the lots or property abutting thereon.
ROADWAY OR STREET: Every way set aside for public travel except footpaths.
VEHICLE: Every device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a street, including bicycles. (Ord., 9-15-1958)
It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle into the intersections of the following named streets without first bringing such vehicle to a complete stop:
(A) One-Way Stop Intersections:
Circle, west, entering Franklin Street.
Cornell Street, north, entering Indiana Street.
Doe Run, east, entering Brown Drive.
Elm Street, south, entering River Street.
Illinois Street, east, entering Ash Street.
Industrial Drive, east, entering Railroad Avenue.
Louise Street, north, entering Doe Run.
Louise Street, south, entering Park Street.
Oak Street, south, entering Keyser Street.
Oregon Street, west, entering Gladiolus Street.
Pine Street, north, entering 4th Street.
Pine Street, south, entering North Street.
Pine Street, south, entering 5th Street.
Thomas Drive, north, entering Spruce Street.
Vermont Street, west, entering Gladiolus Street.
Walnut Street, south, entering Washington Street.
