8-4-1: APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS:

These regulations, applicable to bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, go-carts, minibikes and mopeds, shall apply whenever they are operated upon any street or path set aside for the exclusive use of this equipment subject to those exceptions stated herein. (Ord. 443, 8-19-1996)
