11-1-4: EXERCISE OF EXTRATERRITORIAL AUTHORITY:
In accordance with South Dakota Codified Laws 11-3-6, 11-6-26.1 and any other authority provided by law or as such statutes may be amended, the city does hereby exercise the power and authority to review and approve or disapprove plats of land within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city as provided by law for such purpose. (2005 Code)
