Pursuant to Article IV, § 6, of the City Charter, there is hereby adopted by and for the City, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion in the City, that certain code known as the Middletown Fire Code and that certain code known as the Ohio Fire Code, the 2005 edition.
