§ 660.15 SMOKING ON BUSES.

(a) No person shall smoke while an occupant of a bus operated by the City’s Municipal Transit System. No smoking signs shall be prominently displayed on all such buses.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
