PART EIGHTEEN: HEALTH AND SANITATION
These Health Regulations were enacted by the Middletown Board of Health and have been codified as Part Eighteen - the Health and Sanitation Code of the Codified Ordinances of Middletown. Historical references indicate the date of adoption of each section, and ordinance numbers, where they appear, indicate ordinances adopted by the Board. Title, chapter and section numbers and headings were not a part of the original Health Regulations but have been added by the editors.
