Under the terms of Ordinance 87-0-8, passed April 28, 1987, this chapter constitutes a contract between the City and the Ohio Water Service Company, upon written acceptance of the provisions of this chapter by the Company. Such provisions have been accepted, in writing, by the Company. The contract is subject to termination pursuant to Section 1044.09.
