Water mains, appurtenances and waterworks facilities heretofore or hereafter constructed by the Company shall be the property of the Company. The Company shall require that titles to mains, appurtenances and waterworks facilities hereafter constructed by third parties are conveyed to the Company as a condition of the Company's serving and maintaining them.
