EDITOR'S NOTE: The City contracts with the East Ohio Gas Company for natural gas service. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
Pursuant to Ordinance 2002-0-16, passed September 10, 2002, the City Council adopted the Plan of Operation and Governance for the NOPEC Gas Aggregation Program, for the purpose of jointly establishing and implementing a Gas Aggregation Program in the City. A copy may be obtained, at cost, form the Clerk of Council.
There are no sections in Chapter 1048. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and may future legislation.
